Resort Notes

• CHECK IN TIME IS: 12:00 Noon.  CHECK OUT TIME IS:  11:00 am
• Rates are based on occupancy of two persons per site. Extra person charge is $5 per person per night.  Guests may visit a resort resident for a period of not more than fourteen (14) days in any twelve-month period
• Monthly rent credit card surcharge: a 3% fee will apply on monthly rentals for credit/debit card payments.
• Rent paid is non-refundable after reservation start date. There are no refunds on unused rent, pro-rating or subleasing of sites.  The unused, paid portions of any site rent may not be gifted, willed or transferred for the use of any other than the registered guest of said site.
• Any changes in rates policies will be processed by Management in accordance with resort policy.
• Dog Restrictions: 45# weight limit.  Breeds not permitted:  Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Chow, German Shepherd, Wolf Hybrid, Doberman.

Resort facilities are smoke free.
